I just wanted to drop you a quick line or two on the show (Derry Playhouse Theatre). I thought the show was superb, the group is a joy to work with, to listen to and to watch. It's like stepping back into 1980 with all the comedy, energy and charisma that made the original Blues Brothers so successful. It's definitely a challenge to keep an audience as thoroughly entertained as you did, yet the group made it look so easy.
So a hearty congratulations and the best of luck with all your future shows; don't forget to fill up on gas and cigarettes.

I booked the band for my husbands surprise 40th birthday and wow what a show the guys put on. I never expected a full blooded, hand clapping, feet tapping, singing at the top of our voices night as we got. The Counterfeit Blues Brothers certainly put on a great performance with great songs great singing and some embarrassing dance alongs ( cos i cant dance but managed to still do it ). I wouldnt hesitate to book them again for whatever occassion that may come up.

Counterfeit Blues Brothers are an excellent live performance band. The musicians are absolutley outstanding with a fantastic repitiore. If you want to see one live band this year, that will get you involved in the music, and in the atmosphere, these are the boys (and girl) to go see!!

Coming to the end of a long summer we decided to try a theme night and the 'Counterfeit Blues Brothers' was such an original group. Their set up was amazing, and it was getting our early evening customers very curious as to who was playing. When they entered the stage to the famous opening track, with them all dressed up in the 'Blues Brothers' gear - it got everyone's attention and feet moving. (bringing back memories - maybe!) Throughout their performance the band included the audience in their fun, which created an enjoyable atmosphere throughout the bar. They danced themselves crazy - just like Jake, Elwood & the band did. After having to work during their performance, I will be looking out for their next venue so I can appreciate their show without any distractions.

If you are looking for a great nights entertainment look no further than The Counterfeit Blues Brothers band. We hired them for my fathers surprise 60th bithday party, our guests ranged from 17 to 70 years of age and everyone had the time of their lives.
Young and old alike were drawn to the dance floor from the second the band struck up to the final chord of their energetic and expertly performed set.
Music is not the only highlight Jake and Elwood's witty on stage rapport had us all doubled over in stitches.
I would highly reccomend them for any event or special occasion and guarantee a good time will be had by all.

Now that we have returned from sunny Lanzarote to bleak Dunmurry, just wanted to say thanks for a great evening's entertainment for our wedding on Sunday 23rd. So many people have commented on the Blues Brothers, they loved you guys! As did we, although it is perhaps a slight blur - loved every minute of the day, but it just went so quickly!
